Welcome to our first website after 12 years in business! Since 2013, we’ve focused on creating authentic New York pizza, relying on word-of-mouth to grow into a hidden gem in Kota Bharu. Thanks to our loyal customers.
Today we operate at two locations
To achieve the authentic taste of New York Pizzeria we make our products mostly from scratch i.e. the dough, sauces, pasta, bread, toppings etc.
Our pizza dough is made fresh daily and slow-fermented at low temperatures for 24 to 48 hours. Using special pizza flour with just yeast, salt, and water, the unique taste and texture of New York pizza come from precise kneading and fermentation.
For our garlic bread and chicken burger we make our bread and buns in house. Yes it would be easier for us to use ready made bread but we could not achieve the taste we aim for. it is either we do it right or we don’t do it at all.
Beside pizza our lasagne is very popular due to our traditional meat sauce. When we experience inconsistent quality of dry lasagne pasta we end up making our own pasta. Using fresh pasta for our lasagne turn out to be better and unique in Kota Bharu and we also make fresh fettuccine pasta.

New York is known for thin crust and Sicilian pizzas. While thin crust is common, Sicilian pizza is exclusive to Gino Pizza in Kota Bharu. Its thick crust is crispy outside, yet light and chewy inside, offering a unique experience for pizza lovers. Another New York classic we serve is Calzone—folded pizza paired with marinara sauce.
