Kami terpaksa mengkaji spesifikasi setiap bahan utama dari jenama yang kami biasa gunakan di New York untuk mencari penganti bahan dari pembekal tempatan yang tepat dan akhirnya kami berjaya dan ia merupakan satu kejayaan yang diluar jangkaan kami pada mulanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.682), 20px);\">Malangnya itu bukanlah berakhirnya masalah kami kerana pizza yang kami hasilkan dengan cara yang kami pelajari semasa di New York tidak menghasilkan rasa dan tekstur seperti di New York. Cuaca yang panas dan lembab perlu diambil kira dalam proses pembuatan pizza tambahan pula waktu kami belajar di New York adalah ditengah musim sejuk.
